Currently, I am a Bioinformatics Analyst at Medgenome a NGS company, My work revolves around manipulating NGS data using python,bash and Creating pipiline using Nextflow

In Jan 2021 I started a 1 year Post-graduate Diploma at IBAB in Big Data Biology.

Before that, from 2018 to 2020 I was research student at Tel-Aviv University, Israel. I worked on Phylogeny of Tunicates ( Polycarpa mytiligera ), were I used a list of 4000 proteins from Transcriptome of ( Polycarpa mytiligera ) to determine it's phylogentic postion.

I did my graduation(B.tech + M.tech) in Biotechnology from Gautam Buddha University, Gr Noida (India) 2013-2018 and for my master thesis, I worked on 5'cis-regulatory elements in profilin gene family of Arabidopsis.
